Ma On Shan Waterfront Promenade (English: Ma On Shan Waterfront Promenade) is a public recreational area located along the northern shoreline of Ma On Shan in the New Territories of Hong Kong. It is the second major waterfront promenade in the Sha Tin District, facing the Sha Tin Hoi and offering distant views of the peaks of the Eight Immortals, with the sea and sky merging into one breathtaking panorama.

The Ma On Shan Waterfront Promenade stretches 3.2 kilometres in length and covers an area of approximately 5.2 hectares. It was constructed at a cost of 220 million Hong Kong dollars. The Civil Engineering and Development Department carried out the seawall upgrading works from May 2007 to September 2008, after which the Architectural Services Department commenced the construction of the promenade to ensure its early completion and availability to the public. The project was carried out in three phases: Phase 1 (from Kam Tai Court to Shui Tai Road), Phase 2 (from Shui Tai Road to Hang Fai Street and from Ying Tao Wan to Ocean Land), and Phase 3 (from Hang Fai Street to Kam Fung Court), which were opened to the public on 18 July 2009, 10 January 2010, and 11 June 2010 respectively.
