Puguangming Temple is situated in Tai Wai, Sha Tin, nestled between Needle Hill and Kau To Shan. Puguangming Temple was built in response to the compassionate power of Guanyin Bodhisattva and is named after her former Buddha title "Zhengfa Ming Rulai" and her future Buddha title "Puguang Gongde Shanhuan Rulai." This allows devout believers to gather at this auspicious and blessed location to pray for blessings, dedicate merits to their ancestors, and help the deceased reach the other shore more swiftly—whether for transcendence, rebirth, or ascension to the Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss.
