Beiyandun Tomb Cluster
The Beiyandun Tomb Cluster is a cultural heritage site protected by Shuozhou City.
The Beiyandun Tomb Cluster is located to the north of Beiyandun Village, Xiamaigao Township, Pingshuo District, dating back to the Han and Northern Wei dynasties.
On March 21, 2011, the Beiyandun Tomb Cluster was designated as one of the first municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Shuozhou City.
Xiamaigao Township: A township under the jurisdiction of Pingshuo District, Shuozhou City. Established as Xiamaigao People's Commune in 1958 and reorganized as a township in 1984. It is located in the eastern part of the district, 25 kilometers from the district government. Covering an area of 102 square kilometers, it has a population of 11,000. The township is accessible by road. It administers 22 village committees: Xiamaigao, Zhangyagou, Zhaojiayao, Tiezuogou, Qiangfengling, Shangjie, Majiawan, Mengjiashan, Zhaojiashan, Shangmiangao, Baijialiang, Fengjialing, Lixigou, Wangjiawan, Beiyandong, Hongya, Wuxinzhai, Xiaoling, Zhujiazui, Hanzuogou, Fanzhuang, and Xingyuan.
