In 2005, Tianlin Island Resort was rated as an A-level scenic spot by the Autonomous Region Tourism Bureau.

Tianlin Island Resort is located within the Daqinghe Manor of Fuqing Industry in Qinghe County, 5,000 meters west of Qinghe County town, and covers a total area of 100 mu. Dominated by natural poplar trees mixed with birch and willow, the resort is nestled against mountains and by the water, boasting enchanting scenery. In 2003, the resort invested over 200,000 yuan to build a 3,000-square-meter parking lot, features a 600-meter rural-standard road leading directly to Provincial Highway 228, provides free shuttle services for groups, and offers free public telephones. Amenities include cable TV, karaoke, volleyball courts, badminton courts, archery ranges, a drive-in bar, and open-air entertainment areas. A suspension bridge leads to the resort, and cement-paved paths wind through the grounds, offering secluded routes — making it an ideal destination for hosting medium-sized conferences, ethnic weddings, as well as individual and group tours.

The resort opened in 2004 and has seven Kazakh yurts, with capacities of 60, 50, 40, and 15 people respectively, and a daily reception capacity of 300 visitors.

The resort also raises black-and-white Holstein dairy cows and is the only Australian alpaca breeding base in Xinjiang. Surrounding the resort are planted sea buckthorn berries, silage corn, and alfalfa. Visitors can participate in planting and breeding activities while enjoying the scenery, reconnecting with the tranquility of nature.
