Paoma Ridge

Part of the Hengshan Mountain Range, Paoma Ridge stands at an altitude of 2,287 meters. Its flat summit covers an area of 20 square kilometers, making it ideal for horseback riding. Legend has it that during the late Tang Dynasty, the warrior Li Cunxiao stationed his troops in the mountainous region around Langling Pass and used this area to graze horses and train soldiers, hence the name Paoma Ridge.

Paoma Ridge is located 30 kilometers from Ying County. Lush green pines adorn the mountains like makeup, vibrant and dense, while drifting clouds wrap around the evergreens like ethereal ribbons. Colorful wildflowers dot the green grass, resembling a richly embroidered brocade. Being there feels like wandering through a sea of clouds and the sky, filling you with awe at the wonder of nature. The shifting shapes of the mountains and the drifting sea of clouds constantly stir your emotions. The cool, moist air nourishes your lungs, offering a sensation of comfort and contentment.
