Introduction Renowned as the "Finest Scenic Wonder in the South of Heaven," Yanquan Park in Wushi County, Aksu, Xinjiang, boasts three unique attractions: Yanzi Mountain, Nine-Eye Spring, and Little Secluded Garden. Yanzi Mountain is steep and rugged, named for the ancient marine shell fossils embedded in its rocks. As you climb the stone steps, you’ll come across a massive engraved inscription that reads: “Distant and Near, Han and Tang.” From the mountain, you can gaze over a vast expanse of fields, rolling hills, and take in the full view of the Wushi mountain town. Nestled within the wooded slopes at the foot of Yanzi Mountain, nine clear springs are aligned in a row, their bubbling waters flowing ceaselessly all year round. Little Secluded Garden lies against the mountain cliffs and beside the springs, where towering ancient willows shade an artificial lake. In the middle of the lake stands a stone boat, connected on both sides by arched bridges. The landscape is adorned with pavilions, terraces, towers, flowers, and trees, both on the mountain and below, arranged in an exquisitely ingenious layout.
