Chongzhen Temple is a cultural heritage site protected by Shuozhou City.

Chongzhen Temple is located in Malanyuan Village, Xiamayu Township, Ying County, and dates back to the Qing Dynasty.

On March 21, 2011, Chongzhen Temple was designated as one of the first municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Shuozhou City.

Xiamayu Township: Known as a “rare gem” at the foot of Cuiwei Mountain, Xiamayu Township is situated 25 kilometers southwest of Ying County, on the Malanyu alluvial fan. The township covers an area of 119 square kilometers, with 47,000 mu of arable land. It currently administers 21 administrative villages, 3,600 households, and a population of 13,000.
