Kezhou Glacier Park integrates snow-capped mountains, glaciers, waterfalls, forests, and grasslands, boasting pristine scenery that has been hailed by international geologists as "the premier natural ecological landscape of the Western Regions."

Situated within the western mountain ranges of Aoyitake Town in Aketao County, Kezhou Glacier Park is over 100 kilometers from the county seat of Aketao and just over 30 kilometers from the China-Pakistan Highway, offering very convenient transportation.

The park spans longitude 75°03′–75°19′ east and latitude 38°51′–38°59′ north, covering an area of 23,012 hectares. Its eastern boundary is marked by the mountains east of the Atuoina South Valley, its southwest borders the Linjiglazhi Glacier, and its northern limit is defined by the mountains north of the Atuoina North Valley. With an average elevation of 3,100 meters and an annual average temperature of 7.8°C, the area features a high-altitude climate.

Kezhou Glacier Park mainly includes eight scenic highlights: snow mountain landscapes, glacier landscapes, avalanche landscapes, waterfall landscapes, the Jade Maiden landscape, the Flying Apsara Lake landscape, the "Manas" Hero landscape, and the Fairy Lake. It seamlessly blends snow-capped mountains, glaciers, waterfalls, rivers, avalanches, and grasslands, complemented by herds of livestock on the hillsides and the round felt yurts of local Kirghiz herders. This vast, sacred, and untouched land is brimming with natural beauty, devoid of any artificial elements—all is purely natural. It serves as an ideal destination for domestic and international tourists seeking vacation, leisure, convalescence, summer retreats, adventure, exploration, and sightseeing.
