Dola Qiandao Lake
Qiandao Lake (Jirenlema Resort)
The Jirenlema Resort is located to the north of the Jirenlema lakeshore. It is planned to develop a high-end leisure resort villa community, complemented by facilities such as a luxury clubhouse and a spa center. Within a 500-meter radius outside the lakeside ring road, approximately 10,000 mu of various specialty fruit trees will be planted. The main projects are planned as follows:
Resort Villa Community. It is planned to build 50 villas, which can be designed as single-family or townhouse styles. The architectural style incorporates elements of Dola culture, and the design reflects eco-friendly and low-carbon concepts, making full use of solar energy resources. Eco-friendly and environmentally sustainable building materials are advocated, emphasizing harmony and integration with the waterfront environment. The aim is to create high-quality, upscale private holiday villas, which will be marketed through a combination of rental and sales.
Small Luxury Clubhouse. To meet the social and entertainment needs of guests, it will offer services such as saunas, beauty treatments, foot therapy, fitness, KTV, chess and card rooms, billiard rooms, and table tennis rooms. The clubhouse will operate on a membership basis to attract business leaders, government executives, cultural figures, and others.
Spa Center. Facilities will include fitness, wellness, massage, and spa treatments, offering services such as bubble massage baths, water curtain impact showers, barrel baths, waist and foot soaking baths, ginseng baths, and rose baths.
Specialty Fruit Trees. A variety of locally distinctive fruit trees will be planted according to seasonal suitability. It is planned to cultivate local specialty fruits such as apricots, peaches, pears, apples, red dates, jujubes, walnuts, grapes, pomegranates, sour plums, figs, almonds, Yecheng melons, and Hami melons, for tourists to view, taste, and pick.
