Maigaiti County World Peace Park has an estimated total investment of 200 million yuan, with 70 million yuan already invested in the construction of the Wall of Peace, the Peace Bell, the Peace Sculpture, the Calligraphy Corridor of Academicians from Both Academies, as well as the Dolan Culture Museum, the Dolan Culture Performance Center, and the Dolan Culture Exhibition Street. The second phase of the project, including the International Convention and Exhibition Center, the Sven Hedin Memorial Hall, 10 villas for academicians, and landscape bridges, is scheduled to commence construction in May 2015.

Maigaiti County Dolan Cultural Park — The construction of the World Peace Park is guided by ecological development and tourism economy, with the overall goal of establishing Maigaiti as a tourism hub. Relying on the Yarkant River, poplar forests, and ecological wetlands, and themed around the inheritance and promotion of Dolan culture, the park fully integrates cultural elements such as the “Dolan Cultural Industry,” “Dolan Tourism Industry,” as well as “Dolan Muqam” and “Dolan Mashrap.” It serves as a comprehensive destination for cultural creativity, cultural exhibition, the promotion of Dolan culture, ecological conservation, wetland research, science education, tourism, leisure, and cultural entertainment.
