Dui'er Quangou Ecological Park Dui'er Quangou is located directly north of Shenchi County and is named after a pair of springs that emerge from within the valley. In the 1980s, springs still flowed in the gully, gathering into a pool. Today, the springs have ceased flowing, and the pool has dried up. The mouth of the gully is densely covered with poplars and willows, blocking out the sunlight. The gully branches off in several directions toward the northeast, with some of the branches interconnecting, twisting and turning like a maze. The vegetation also changes along the way, gradually shifting from poplar and willow forests to apricot orchards and sea buckthorn shrubbery. Around spring and early summer, when the apricot blossoms bloom, the gully turns a sea of pink. Children and couples playing among them can often only be heard but not seen just a few steps away. By autumn and winter, the red berries of the sea buckthorn dot the landscape, creating a unique scene.

A silt dam has now been built within the gully, and over twenty acres have been planted with poplar and pine trees. Plans are underway to construct pathways and pavilions to help protect and develop this natural resource.
