Dushanzi Bingfeng Self-Drive Camp

The Dushanzi Bingfeng Self-Drive Camp is located on the south side of Dushanzi urban area and the east side of National Highway 217, about 15 kilometers from the city center. Constructed based on its strategic position as a gateway along the golden tourism route of the Tianshan Highway, the camp covers an area of 655 acres with a total construction area of 14,050 square meters. This camp was built on the foundation of the former ski resort, with an additional investment of over 10 million yuan.

The camp enjoys a prime geographical location and well-developed self-driving infrastructure. It currently features one beginner and one advanced ski slope, as well as a visitor reception center. It is a comprehensive destination integrating winter skiing, dining, accommodation, leisure and entertainment, self-drive tours, and camping, providing seamless, barrier-free, and user-friendly services for individual vacationers and tour groups alike.

Winter skiing has become the main business of the self-drive camp. The site includes beginner, intermediate, and advanced ski slopes, as well as a snow tubing track. It offers ski equipment such as alpine skis, snowboards, snow tubes, and snowmobiles, along with facilities like chairlifts, cable cars, and magic carpets.

Traveling south along National Highway 217 through the beautiful Tianshan Highway leads to Qiaomila, Nalati Grassland, and Bayinbuluke Grassland, with direct access to Korla, Kashgar, and Hotan. Heading north takes you to Karamay, the world oil city, the otherworldly Devil’s City, the magical Kanas and Kuodeng; traveling west reaches the stunning Sayram Lake in the Tianshan Mountains and the fertile Ili Oasis; while heading east leads to Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang, the Tianshan pearl Tianchi (Heavenly Lake), and the Turpan Basin.
