Dali Niu Dong Wenshu Temple is a cultural relic protection unit of Xinzhou City.

Dali Niu Dong Wenshu Temple is located in Dali Niu Village, Guangyubao Township, Fanshi County. It faces south and measures 31.5 meters from east to west and 10.6 meters from north to south, covering an area of 504 square meters. The exact date of its construction is unknown, but the existing structure dates back to the Yuan Dynasty.

Only the main hall remains on the central axis, with an east hall located to the east. The main hall sits on a stone-paved platform base that is 0.3 meters high, features a three-bay width and four-rafter depth, and employs a five-purlin front-and-rear corridor structural system, with a single-eave hanging hip roof. The front eaves feature bracket sets with a reduced number of arms, and the side eaves have bracket arms inserted into the columns. The east and west side halls each cover an area of 13 square meters. Two Qing Dynasty restoration steles are preserved in the courtyard.
