Sun Village Fengshui Pavilion

Sun Village Fengshui Pavilion is located in Sun Village, Dongcun Town, Xinfu District. Facing south and situated to the north, it covers an area of 64 square meters. Built in the 15th year of the Daoguang reign during the Qing Dynasty (1835), it features a stone-paved base that is 3 meters high. At its center is a street passage. Sun Village: Located in Dongcun Town, Xinfu District, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, Sun Village lies to the south of the town government. Both the Daguang Expressway and Provincial Highway 213 (formerly National Highway 106) pass through the east side of the village. To the south is the 11th Branch Canal, while the southern section of the Xinchang Highway runs west and north of the village. The village’s northeast is home to the town’s industrial concentration zone. The village has a population of over 2,000 people, including 32 party members, and cultivates more than 1,900 mu of arable land. Irrigation from rivers and tributaries can water two-thirds of the fertile fields. Sun Village has a long history and rich cultural heritage.
