Xiguan Lingying Temple is a cultural tourism attraction.

Xiguan Lingying Temple is located on Ximishi Street, Xiguan Village, Taicheng Town, Wutai County. Facing south and situated to the north, it covers an area of 1,408 square meters. Currently, only a small, courtyard-style temple on the north side of the road remains. Lingying Temple, now commonly referred to as Guan Di Temple, has an uncertain founding date, but the existing structure dates back to the Qing Dynasty. The main hall, known as the North Hall, features three bays in width and four rafters in depth, with a flush gable roof, and enshrines the God of War, Guan Di. The East and West Side Halls each have three bays and are also four rafters in depth with flush gable roofs. There are also two meditation rooms, each with two bays, and a small mountain gate consisting of one bay. The temple currently houses a total of 11 stone steles from the Qing Dynasty, erected in the 54th year of Kangxi (1715), the 14th year of Qianlong (1749), the 24th year of Qianlong (1759), the 43rd year of Qianlong (1778), the 52nd year of Qianlong (1787), the 3rd year of Jiaqing (1798), the 11th year of Jiaqing (1806), the 21st year of Jiaqing (1816), the 18th year of Daoguang (1892), the 20th year of Guangxu (1894), and the 14th year of Guangxu (1888). Xiguan Village: Xiguan Village is one of the six villages within the urban area of Wutai County, located in the western part of Taicheng Town. It enjoys a prime geographical location, situated close to the town center. The village consists of one natural village, 14 villager groups, 502 households, and a total population of 1,309. The total land area is approximately 514 mu, all of which is arable land, with no forested areas. The main industry is crop farming. In 2010, the village's total annual income was 10.34 million yuan, with an average per capita net income of 3,961 yuan for farmers and an annual collective economic income of 320,000 yuan.
