The Second Lama's Monk Quarters in Shehu Chuan is a cultural relic protection unit of Wutai County.

The Second Lama's Monk Quarters in Shehu Chuan is located at the southwest corner of Tailu Temple in Shehu Chuan Village, Shizui Township, Wutai County. The Second Lama, whose real name was Yishibangcuo, served as the abbot of the Yellow Temple Tailu Temple.

During the invasion of China by the Eight-Nation Alliance in the late Qing Dynasty, he represented the Qing government in negotiations with the German commander of the alliance, Moshila, and signed an armistice agreement. The monk quarters are a Qing Dynasty structure, facing east and situated to the west, covering an area of 85 square meters.
