Location: On the side of Black Tea Mountain, north of Zhaisang Village, Donghui Township, southeast of Xing County

On April 8, 1946, Central Committee members Wang Ruofei and Qin Bangxian, New Fourth Army Commander Ye Ting, Central Committee Workers' Committee Secretary Deng Fa, veteran Guizhou educator Huang Qisheng, 18th Group Army staff officer Li Shaohua, and accompanying personnel Wei Wanhé, Zhao Dengjun, Huang Xiaohong, Gao Qiong, and 16 others in total, were en route from Chongqing to Yan'an when their plane crashed here around 2 p.m. due to sudden adverse weather conditions and loss of direction, resulting in their tragic deaths.

To commemorate the martyrs and educate future generations, a stone inscription marking the "Crash Site" has been erected on the mountain, and a stone protective marker stands at the foot of the mountain. The local government has also built a dedicated memorial hall at the crash site. The memorial hall is designed in the style of a traditional quadrangle courtyard, featuring five main halls with flush gable roofs on all four sides, six wing rooms on the east and west, a main gate to the south, and simple dougong bracket structures and painted decorations. Inside, there are exhibits such as martyr memorials, relics, and images.
