Location: Yucheng Village, Yangcheng Township, Fenyang City

Date of establishment unknown. The temple faces south and covers an area of 7,560 square meters. Existing structures include the main hall, theater stage, west wing rooms, and west side rooms. The main hall is a remnant from the Jin Dynasty, while the rest were built during the Qing Dynasty.

The main hall is three bays wide and five rafters deep, featuring a single-eave flush-gable roof with a front porch.
