Originally known as Xianggong Temple, the construction date is unknown. The extant structures include the Hall of Qisheng Guangyou King and the stage. It faces south and covers an area of 1,185.81 square meters. The Hall of Qisheng Guangyou King is a remnant structure from the Yuan Dynasty, while the stage was built during the Qing Dynasty.

The Hall of Qisheng Guangyou King has three bays in width, four bays in depth, and features a single-eave suspended roof with a front porch. The bracket sets on the columns are of the traditional style, and the wooden structure exemplifies classic Yuan Dynasty architectural techniques.
