Wenlan Park covers an area of 346,000 square meters and consists of a leisure plaza, fountains, cascading water platforms, an artificial lake, and landscaped gardens. The total estimated investment for the county-level administrative center is about 132.45 million yuan, including approximately 47.45 million yuan for the county government office building, 30 million yuan for Wenlan Park, and an estimated 55 million yuan for the road network and auxiliary facilities of the county-level administrative center.
