Guizhou Colorful Wonders Tourism City is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

“Guizhou Colorful Wonders Tourism City” is a large-scale cultural tourism project invested and developed by Shenzhen Shengpengda Investment Group. It is a key tourism industry project in Anshun, Guizhou during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, and has been listed as one of the 100 tourism area construction projects at the provincial and municipal levels. The project is located on Xihang Avenue, Anshun Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of approximately 4.32 square kilometers (including parts of mountainous terrain and abandoned reservoirs), with a total planned investment exceeding 10 billion RMB. It is a world-class large-scale comprehensive tourism resort integrating cultural entertainment, tourism towns, luxury hotel clusters, high-end dining, leisure vacations, and business. Upon completion, the project is expected to receive about 6 million visitors annually, achieve an annual comprehensive operating income of 5–6 billion RMB, generate around 500 million RMB in comprehensive tax revenue, and provide direct employment for approximately 20,000 people. It is expected to be completed within 3 to 5 years.

Reception Center

The design of the tourism city’s reception center primarily features a steel structure, covering a site area of 6 square kilometers and a building area of 18,000 square meters. The first floor mainly consists of an exhibition center and an ecological restaurant, while the second and third floors are mainly office areas. The design concept is inspired by the mountains of Guizhou, reflecting the province’s picturesque, simple, and elegant characteristics. (Guizhou's terrain is part of the plateau and mountainous regions in southwestern China. The climate in Guizhou is humid, characterized by a subtropical moist monsoon climate, with small temperature variations and mild winters and cool summers. Guizhou is scenic, simple, picturesque, with a pleasant climate and abundant natural resources. Thus, mountains are also one of Guizhou’s major scenic features.)

Wind and Rain Corridor Bridge

The Wind and Rain Corridor Bridge, designed in the style of ethnic architecture, is one of the “Three Treasures” of Dong architecture. (The Wind and Rain Corridor Bridge, also known as the Flower Bridge or Fortune Bridge, is one of the architectural features that the Dong people take pride in. The bridge is composed of massive stone piers, a wooden bridge body, a long corridor, and pavilions. Multiple pagoda-style pavilions rise from the top of the corridor, with overlapping eaves ranging from as few as three to as many as five tiers. The bridge body stands solemn and majestic, like a giant dragon lying across the river, majestic and spectacular. The design concept draws from the arch form of the Wind and Rain Bridge, incorporating this element into Guizhou Colorful Wonders Tourism City. It showcases the architectural wisdom of the Dong people and provides visitors with shelter from wind and rain, as well as a place for sightseeing and rest.) Spanning two mountains, the bridge is 277 meters long, 12 meters wide, and 33 meters high. The first floor mainly serves as gates for military, civilian, and commercial use, while the second floor is an ethnic culture corridor, primarily displaying traditional ethnic costumes, batik, silver jewelry, and Miao embroidery from Guizhou.

Colorful Happy Avenue

As the longitudinal main road of the entire park, “Colorful Happy Avenue” is 240 meters long and 50 meters wide, with four pairs of cultural totem poles rich in Guizhou ethnic culture lining both sides. From front to back, they are the bronze drum of the Buyi ethnic group (the social functions of the bronze drum as both a musical instrument and a sacred object gradually elevated it to a status symbol. “The most important affairs of the state lie in sacrificial rites and military campaigns,” so those who preside over sacrificial ceremonies and command troops are the leaders of the ethnic group or tribe. Thus, the bronze drum became a symbol of identity, power, and wealth.), the ox horn cup of the Miao ethnic group (Miao compatriots in Guizhou carve intricate patterns on curved water buffalo horns, which are then either lacquered or inlaid to make ox horn wine cups. This natural and handcrafted combination gives the ox horn wine cup a unique and special status in Miao drinking customs, making it highly cherished. The ancient ox horn wine cup has been passed down through generations and has become a precious ethnic cultural relic.), the lusheng of the Dong ethnic group (a symbol of Dong culture, the Miao lusheng integrates lyrics, melodies, and dance during performances, preserving the primitiveness and simplicity of Miao historical culture and art. The craftsmanship of making lusheng has traditionally been passed down orally from master to apprentice, with no written records, and the technique is meticulous, making it relatively difficult to inherit.), and the Tuntian face masks (Tianju opera is named for being performed in open fields without a stage. Self-composed and self-performed Tianju performances can be seen throughout rural Anshun, passed down through generations. People perform Tianju mainly to expel evil and pray for disaster relief, as well as for entertainment. Many grotesque characters are added to the performances to enhance the atmosphere of driving away evil spirits. Audiences also enjoy appreciating the Tianju masks during the shows.)

Terrace Water Screen Movie

The “Terrace Water Screen Movie” draws its design inspiration from the terraced fields of rural Guizhou and the world-renowned Huangguoshu Waterfall. (Terraces are the most beautiful curves in Guizhou, a perfect combination of human transformation and nature. They carry not only human production and life but also represent a piece of paradise on earth. Huangguoshu Waterfall is located in Zhenning Buyi and Miao Autonomous County, Anshun, Guizhou, and is known as the “Wonder of the World.” It is the largest of the nine-tiered waterfalls on the Baishui River, the largest waterfall in China, and the largest in Asia. Terraces and Huangguoshu Waterfall are symbols of Guizhou’s natural environment and tourist attractions. Therefore, by combining the unique forms of Guizhou’s terraces with the majestic flow of Huangguoshu Waterfall, the layered pool square at the entrance of Guizhou Colorful Wonders Tourism City is highlighted with vitality and distinctive ethnic and regional characteristics.) At night, the water screen movie, created using the latest international multimedia technologies such as fountains, music, fireworks, water screens, and lasers, delivers a stunning visual impact to tourists and local citizens.

As the key commercial development section of the first phase of Guizhou Colorful Wonders Tourism City, Huangguoshu Outlets covers an area of approximately 50,000 m² and consists of the Outlets Boutique Street, Outlets Sky Street, Outlets Gold Street, Food City, and Wind and Rain Corridor Bridge. The total construction area is about 100,000 m². It is located within the first-phase area of Guizhou Colorful Wonders Tourism City on Xihang Avenue, Anshun Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is 6 km from Huangguoshu Airport, 1.5 km from Huangguoshu Station on the Shanghai-Kunming High-Speed Railway, 1.9 km from the Anshun West Exit of the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway, and 4.5 km from the city center. The location provides transportation access to the central Guizhou region and extends to major southwestern cities such as Chongqing and Kunming.

The commercial offerings within the Outlets include international and domestic premium fashion and department stores, economy hotels, dining, supermarkets, luxury car showrooms, leisure, and entertainment. It has already successfully signed contracts and entered the renovation phase with internationally renowned brands such as ARMANI, GUCCI, SALVATORE FERRAGAMO, POLO RALPH LAUREN, PAUL&SHARK, MONTBLANC, and COACH.
