Jiaxiu Square

Jiaxiu Square is located by the Nanming River, west of the Xihu Office and adjacent to Jiaxiu Tower. It was reconstructed from the former Binhe Road and Binhe Lane. The square features 8,800 square meters of granite paving, 2,700 square meters of bluestone slabs, 300 square meters of pebble fitness paths, as well as lawns, shrubs, seasonal flowers, and precious trees, including two over 300-year-old ginkgo trees that "guard" the square.
