Martyr Qian Zhuangfei’s Tomb

Martyr Qian Zhuangfei’s Tomb is a cultural tourism attraction and a classic site of red tourism.

Martyr Qian Zhuangfei’s Tomb was originally located at Tiziyan in Houshan Township. In August 1977, it was relocated to the side of the highway at Zhangjiayakou, with a stone skirt and earthen mound as the burial structure. A three-tiered platform stele stands in front, inscribed with the text “Eternal Glory to Martyr Qian Zhuangfei.” To the right of the stele is an upright couplet in two lines: “The will of our predecessors shines like the sun and moon, illuminating history through the ages; the spirit of the Red Army flows like rivers, turning the tides across the land.” The left side of the stele bears the inscription: “Houshan Township Committee of the Communist Party of China, People's Government of Houshan Township, Jinsha County.” The Martyr Qian Zhuangfei Memorial Monument is situated east of Shatu Town and is built with reinforced concrete. It was constructed in 1990 by the Jinsha County Committee of the Communist Party of China and the People's Government of Jinsha County, recording the life and deeds of the martyr.
