The Xue Family Courtyard in Quwo is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

Era: Qing Dynasty

Address: No. 10, Xicheng Lane, Quwo County Town

The courtyard was built during the Qing Dynasty, facing south with a northward orientation. It is a three-courtyard compound with a total area of 1,011.60 square meters. The existing structures along the central axis include: the southern house, the passageway hall, the passageway tower, and the northern tower.

The front courtyard consists of single-story buildings, including the mountain gate, east and west wing rooms, southern house, and passageway hall; the middle courtyard is connected to the rear courtyard via the passageway tower, and includes the east and west towers and the northern tower. The east and west towers share the same structure, each with three bays and a construction area of 91.8 square meters. The northern tower features a layout of three visible and five hidden rooms. The courtyard buildings preserve exquisite stone carvings, wood carvings, and painted decorations.

On October 7, 2019, the Xue Family Courtyard in Quwo was included in the eighth batch of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units.
