The existing Offering Hall of East Xu Sanqing Temple is a Yuan Dynasty structure, currently occupied by a supermarket. Its preservation condition is concerning. Due to severe roof leaks, steel tiles have been installed overhead for protection. The wooden beams inside have been covered with gypsum ceilings, so nothing can be seen.

In May 2013, the East Xu Sanqing Temple Offering Hall was designated as part of the Seventh Batch of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units.
