Among the many urban parks, Panzhihua's Zhuhu Garden stands out for its refined charm. Within its 180-acre expanse, it is embraced by green mountains on all sides, centered around a tranquil lake, adorned with small bridges, flowing streams, lush trees, pavilions, swaying bamboo shadows, and verdant lawns. Deep in the hills at the back of the park, a pathway winds upward, connecting to Panzhihua Park—every visit here offers the delightful seclusion of a winding path through quiet beauty.

But what makes this open-access park, Zhuhu Garden, truly remarkable is a grand and imposing set of sculptures. At the garden’s entrance, these sculptures are crafted from reddish-brown stone, symbolizing the radiant sunshine of Panzhihua and the passion of its builders. Panzhihua is a city of migrants, with its constructors hailing from all corners of the nation. It took the collective effort of the entire country to establish this modern base for steel, vanadium, titanium, and energy.
