The Former Site of the Xingwen County Committee is a cultural relics protection unit of Sichuan Province.

Protection Area: Extend 3 meters outward to the northeast and southeast, 2.5 meters to the southwest, and 2 meters to the northwest.
Construction Control Zone: Extend 32 meters outward to the northeast, 7 meters to the southeast, 6.5 meters to the southwest, and 6 meters to the northwest from the protection area boundary.
