Shuilubo Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The Shuilubo Modern Agricultural Park is located in Xingwen County, Sichuan Province, at the northern foot of the Bówáng Mountain, a national 4A-level tourist attraction.

Relying on the Bówáng Mountain National 4A-level tourist attraction and its favorable farming conditions, the park is designed to be an integrated agricultural, tourism, and rural development complex, promoting the convergence of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. The Shuilubo Modern Agricultural Park is an integrated complex focusing on “agricultural industry, tourism services, and new rural development.” The park has planned 23 construction projects. Once completed, it will serve as a demonstration zone for the in-depth integrated development of the three industries in rural revitalization, achieving the convergence of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries.

It is reported that for a long time, the Wuliangye Group has provided strong support to Xingwen County in poverty alleviation, industrial development, and promotional marketing. It established a dedicated grain base for liquor production in Xingwen County, innovated a poverty-alleviation workshop model, aided in the construction of the Wuliangye Hope School in Xingwen County, custom-designed the first exclusive strong-aroma liquor—Xingwen Stone Sea—and co-hosted multiple special agricultural tourism promotion events, injecting strong momentum into Xingwen County’s poverty alleviation efforts and socioeconomic development.

Currently, the Shuilubo Modern Agricultural Park has integrated and invested over 70 million yuan to optimize and diversify the range of agricultural products based on the existing agricultural industry, and to achieve deep processing of agricultural goods. The overall improvement of the agricultural industry level, along with the development of agritourism, not only attracts external visitors but also creates income-generating opportunities for local farmers.
