Confluence of Three Rivers

The confluence of the three rivers is located at Hejiangmen in Yibin City. This is a major wharf in Yibin, connecting to destinations such as Chongqing, Leshan, and Yunnan. It is also where the Jinsha River, Min River, and Yangtze River meet. Here, the Min River and the Jinsha River conclude their historical journey, merging into the Yangtze River.

From this point onward, the Jinsha River is referred to as the Yangtze River.

That’s why Yibin is also known as the “First City on the Long River.” The scenery here is unique, with Yibin's White Pagoda situated right across the river.
