Nezha’s Palace

Nezha’s Palace is situated on the mountainside of Cui Ping Mountain and was rebuilt in 1991 on the original site where, after Nezha committed suicide, he appeared in a dream to his mother Lady Yin, inspiring the reconstruction. The building is a concrete imitation of ancient architecture, spanning more than 1,000 square meters. It conforms to the natural slope of the mountain, with a well-planned layout and classic, rustic design. Its brackets and carved beams, surrounded by outer corridors, feature upturned eaves and soaring ridges, with a precious roof towering into the sky.

The palace mainly includes the Immortal Traces Archway, the Prince Temple, and a cross-legged statue of Nezha, all exquisitely crafted and lifelike. Above the cave entrance is a bas-relief of the Exquisite Treasure Pagoda gifted by the Daoist Rándēng to Li Jing. At the mountaintop above the palace, there is also a shrine dedicated to Nezha’s master, Taiyi Zhenren, with a statue of the deity enshrined inside.
