Yibin Martyrs' Cemetery is a classic red tourism destination and a patriotic education base.

Yibin Martyrs' Cemetery is located within the Jiangbei Liubei Pond Park at the northern end of the bridge in Cuiping District, Yibin City, approximately 2 kilometers from the city center.

The cemetery showcases the heroic deeds and some personal effects of 45 renowned martyrs from Yibin, including Li Shuoxun and Zhao Yiman. There are 75 martyr tombs in total, with those who died before liberation including Li Xiaowen and Feng Yuyong. Li Xiaowen, a native of Cuiping District, Yibin City, once served as the secretary of the Urban District Committee of the Yibin County Committee of the Communist Party of China. He was arrested and bravely executed in Yibin in March 1928. After the liberation of Yibin, his remains were relocated to Yibin Martyrs' Cemetery. Martyr Feng Yuyong, originally from Meixi Township, Jiangbei County, Chongqing, Sichuan Province (now part of Chongqing), was a member of the Communist Party of China. He had served as the vice-chairman of the Presidium and the secretary of the Work Committee of the Sichuan Provincial Action Committee, as well as a member of the Yibin County Central County Committee of the Communist Party of China. He sacrificed his life in Yibin on October 13, 1945. After the liberation of Yibin, his remains were also relocated to Yibin Martyrs' Cemetery.

Yibin Martyrs' Cemetery was completed in December 1954. The park features lush trees, birdsong, fragrant flowers, a beautiful environment, and a well-planned, orderly layout. The main structures of the cemetery include the Martyrs' Monument, the Memorial Plaza, the Martyrs' Tomb Area, the Cemetery Stele Forest Area, the Lakeside Corridor, the former Martyrs' Memorial Hall, and office buildings. The Martyrs' Memorial Hall is one of the primary buildings for displaying the heroic deeds and relics of revolutionary martyrs. The original Martyrs' Memorial Hall covered an area of 210 square meters. In 2010, the entire cemetery underwent renovation, and the new Martyrs' Memorial Hall was built with a floor area of 638 square meters and a construction area of 1,276 square meters. The two-story frame structure building consists of an exhibition hall and a multi-function hall. After the new hall was completed, its primary function has been to preserve and exhibit materials, images, and relics related to the revolutionary martyrs of Yibin.

In 1993, it was designated by the Yibin Regional Administrative Office as a key protected municipal-level martyrs' memorial structure. In 1995, it was recognized by the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Sichuan Provincial Government as a provincial-level cultural relics protection unit and patriotic education base.
