Changsheng · Landscape Impression Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Located in Sipo Town, Cuiping District, an area known for its beautiful natural environment and rich historical and cultural heritage, the Changsheng · Landscape Impression Scenic Area spans 1,000 acres. It has been developed by Sichuan Changsheng Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd., leveraging the region’s abundant tourism resources. This comprehensive holiday resort combines mountain-waterfalls, wellness and health retreats, and gourmet dining. The first phase of the scenic area received an investment of 47 million yuan and covers 670 acres, mainly featuring the Jianyue Lake and dining projects.

The flower sea sightseeing base within the scenic area is composed of a variety of floral species, presenting a breathtaking visual spectacle with its colorful blooms. It offers visitors an “eco-tour” that allows them to relax and unwind, further enhancing the scenic area's popularity and reputation.

Since 2017, the scenic area has been developed in accordance with the national AAA-level scenic area standards. By continuously integrating various resources and investing nearly 12 million yuan, it has built wellness facilities, swimming pools, and other tourism supporting services, improved environmental conditions, and enhanced internal infrastructure. The goal is to establish the scenic area as a holiday resort that integrates eco-circular agriculture, low-carbon wellness, and leisure vacation.

Sipo Town: A township under the jurisdiction of Cuiping District, Yibin City. Established as Sipo Town during the Ming Dynasty, it retained its status after 1949, was restructured as a commune in 1958, reinstated as a township in 1984, and merged with Jincheng Township in 1992. It is located in the northwest part of the district on the northern bank of the Min River, about 14 kilometers from downtown Yibin. Covering an area of 89 square kilometers with a population of 27,000, it is traversed by the Yibin-Data Highway. The township administers 18 village committees: Xingxing, Linjiang, Xiaolong, Xinchun, Wangjiang, Sizhong, Xinning, Huishi, Hujia, Wukuai, Changqing, Tiantai, Xiufeng, Yuping, Yuesi, Dengyin, Huama, and Zhonghe.
