Happiness · Huba Scenic Area is located in Huba Village, Songjia Town, Cuiping District, Yibin City.

Huba Village is situated in the northern part of Songjia Town, covering an area of 4.02 square kilometers. It is 3.5 kilometers from the town government and 26.4 kilometers from downtown Yibin. Before 2014, the village had poor transportation and difficult access; water conservancy facilities were weak, with insufficient water for production and daily life. There were many hills but little arable land; no established industries existed, and traditional agriculture was inefficient. In 2014, the village was designated as a provincial-level poverty-stricken village. In recent years, infrastructure has been continuously improved, various poverty alleviation projects have been implemented, and Huba Village has undergone tremendous changes.

The area enjoys simple folkways and a tranquil environment, and is a national AAA-level scenic spot. With crops and wildflowers covering the hillsides, you won’t be disappointed if you visit. Moreover, it features fishponds and pavilions, making it especially suitable for weekend outings with children and the elderly.
