Meishan Cherry Blossom Expo Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Meishan is known as the "City of Cherry Blossoms," especially the Meishan Cherry Blossom Expo Park, which covers an area of over 820 acres and is recognized as one of the top ten most beautiful flower-viewing spots in Sichuan. It features the longest cherry blossom waterfront in China, stretching 6 kilometers, the largest cherry blossom expo park at approximately 800 acres, and the largest cherry blossom viewing area spanning about 69 square kilometers.

The Meishan Cherry Blossom Expo Park is planted with various species such as Somei Yoshino, Shirofugen, Yoko, and weeping cherry, totaling nearly one million cherry trees. A mix of early-blooming and late-blooming cherry varieties are planted throughout the park, and every March, the blossoms gradually come into full bloom.

During the annual Cherry Blossom Festival, a range of themed activities are held, including garden tours to admire the blossoms, loop-route cherry viewing, investment promotion conferences, high-level dialogues on "Cherry Blossoms and the City of Quality Living," spring real estate expos, as well as exhibitions of calligraphy, painting, and photography by national artists, youth-focused "Cherry Blossom Love" events, a cherry blossom season marathon with ten thousand participants, weekly park events, the Meishan Cherry Blossom Journey, and the Dongpo Flavor Food & Shopping Week.
