Protected area and construction control zone: It extends east to Tongluowan and west to the Linlang Highway, with both the southern and northern sides of Hongjun Street extending 30 meters outward. The road is 450 meters long from east to west and 90 meters wide from north to south, covering an area of approximately 4.05 hectares.

Erlang Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Gulin County. It is one of China’s Top 100 Towns and the site of the nationally renowned Langjiu Distillery. Originally known as Erlang Township, it was renamed Futa Commune in 1958, restored as Erlang Township in 1984, and then merged with Erlang, Xinhua, and Futa townships to establish Erlang Town in 1987. Located in the eastern part of the county, it is 73 kilometers from the county seat and faces Xishui City in Guizhou Province across the river, connected by the Xishui Bridge.
