Langjiu, a well-known Chinese liquor brand with a century-long history, is a rising star in China’s famous liquors. The Gulin County Langjiu Old Workshop is located in Luzhou, Sichuan. It is the most precious physical carrier of Langjiu’s liquor culture and the brewing cultural landscape of Erlang Town. It serves as a historical witness to the birth, formation, and development of Langjiu. The workshop has fully preserved the production elements and craftsmanship processes of traditional distilleries, showcasing pioneering and rare aspects within China’s traditional liquor-making science. Notably, its cave storage houses tens of thousands of ceramic liquor jars year-round on a grand scale, offering a visually striking and highly artistic aesthetic value.
