The Mati Qing Dynasty Tombs Cluster

The Mati Qing Dynasty Tombs Cluster is a cultural relics protection unit of Luzhou City.

The Mati Qing Dynasty Tombs Cluster (including the Tomb of Peng Sunshi, the Tomb of Peng Zishou, the Tomb of Cao Xueshi, and the Tomb of Peng Chenshi) is located in Gulin County and dates back to the Qing Dynasty.

On December 9, 2010, it was designated as part of the Eighth Batch of Municipal-Level Cultural Relics Protection Units in Luzhou City (Luzhou Municipal Government Letter [2010] No. 259).

(1) Protective scope and construction control zone of the Tomb of Peng Sunshi: Based on the boundary of the tomb site, extend 5 meters outward to the northeast, southeast, southwest, and northwest; the length from southwest to northeast is 10 meters, and the width from southeast to northwest is 10 meters. The protected and controlled area covers approximately 100 square meters.

(2) Protective scope and construction control zone of the Tomb of Peng Zishou: Based on the boundary of the tomb site, extend 10 meters to the east up to the residence of villager Wu Song, and 5 meters outward to the west, south, and north; the length from east to west is 15 meters, and the width from north to south is 10 meters. The protected and controlled area covers approximately 150 square meters.

(3) Protective scope and construction control zone of the Tomb of Cao Xueshi: Based on the boundary of the tomb site, extend 5 meters outward to the northeast, southwest, and northwest; maintain a 2-meter distance to the highway to the southeast, with a length from southwest to northeast of 18 meters and a width from southeast to northwest of 7 meters. The protected and controlled area covers approximately 126 square meters.

(4) Protective scope and construction control zone of the Tomb of Peng Chenshi: Based on the boundary of the tomb site, extend 5 meters outward to the east, south, west, and north; the length from east to west is 10 meters, and the width from north to south is 10 meters. The protected and controlled area covers approximately 100 square meters.
