Zhengfeng Temple, Jinxing Ridge, and the Former Site of the Red Army's Encampment in Gailugou are municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Luzhou City.

Zhengfeng Temple, Jinxing Ridge, and the Former Site of the Red Army's Encampment in Gailugou are located in Gulin County and date back to 1935.

On December 9, 2010, they were designated as part of the eighth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Luzhou City (Luzhou Municipal Government Letter [2010] No. 259).

Protected Area and Construction Control Zone of the Former Red Army Encampment Site on Lingshan in Jinxing Township: With the edge of the former encampment site as the baseline, the zone extends east-south to 19 meters from the mountain-surrounding rural road at Bibizhai (place name), 30 meters northwest, 20 meters northeast, and 45 meters southwest. It stretches 85 meters from southwest to northeast and 70 meters from northwest to southeast. The total protected and controlled area is approximately 5,950 square meters.

Protected Area and Construction Control Zone of the Former Red Army Encampment Site in Zhengfeng Temple, Dongxin Township: With the edge of the former encampment site as the baseline, it extends 20 meters to the east, south, west, and north. The site is 59 meters long from north to south and 52 meters wide from east to west. The total protected and controlled area is approximately 3,068 square meters.

Protected Area and Construction Control Zone of the Former Red Army Encampment Site in Gailugou, Tucheng Township: With the edge of the former encampment site as the baseline, it extends 25 meters east to the residence of Wang Xuejun, 12 meters south to Taishang Highway, 20 meters west along the edge of the site’s open ground, and 20 meters north. It is 62 meters long from north to south and 58 meters wide from east to west. The total protected and controlled area is approximately 3,596 square meters.
