Site of the Zhenlong Mountain Ambush Battlefield

The Site of the Zhenlong Mountain Ambush Battlefield is a cultural heritage protection unit of Luzhou City.

The Site of the Zhenlong Mountain Ambush Battlefield is located in Gulin County and dates back to 1935.

On December 9, 2010, it was designated as part of the eighth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Luzhou City (Luzhou Municipal Government Letter [2010] No. 259).

Protected area and construction control zone of the Zhenlong Mountain Ambush Battlefield site: with the edge of the Longshan Town government building as the baseline, it extends east to the former tractor station (approximately 1,500 meters), south to Longshan Primary School (approximately 100 meters), west to the entrance of Longshan Street market (approximately 800 meters), and north to Yunpan Mountain Wanzitou (a local place name, approximately 800 meters). It spans 2,300 meters from east to west and 900 meters from north to south. The total protected and controlled area is approximately 2,070,000 square meters.
