Haojiagou Three Saints Temple

The Haojiagou Three Saints Temple is a cultural tourism attraction.

The Haojiagou Three Saints Temple is located south of Haojiagou Village, Shanfu Township, Xiangyuan County. It faces south and has a single-courtyard layout, measuring 15.76 meters in length from east to west and 6.19 meters in width from north to south, covering an area of 97.55 square meters. The year of its establishment is unknown. According to inscriptions in the temple, it was renovated during the Qianlong era of the Qing Dynasty and in the sixth year of the Jiaqing reign (1801), and underwent repairs in the fifth year of the Republic of China (1916). The existing structures are all relics from the Qing Dynasty, including only the main hall and the east and west side halls. The main hall is three bays wide and five rafters deep, with a single-eave flush gable roof, a six-rafter front-porch framework, and bracket sets with double upward-curving arms at the column tops. The interior fittings have been damaged and no longer exist. Approximately 15 square meters of murals remain on the gable walls of the main hall. A stele documenting the 1916 renovation is preserved in the temple.

Haojiagou Village: Overview of Haojiagou Village

Haojiagou Village is located in the northwest of the county, at the border between Shanfu Township and Wangcun Town. It covers a total area of 2,491 mu, including 654 mu of arable land. The village has 80 households, a total population of 217, and 21 Party members. In 2011, the per capita net income was 7,880 yuan. The village has 5 kilometers of roads (including 2.5 kilometers of cement roads) and one well.
