Luzhou Laojiao Pit Groups and Brewing Workshops

(1) Yinggoutou Area Pit Groups and Brewing Workshops (including: Wenyongsheng Workshop, Chunherong Workshop, Dingfengheng Workshop, Hongxinghe Workshop, Yongxingcheng Workshop, Longquan Cave) Protected Area and Construction Control Zone: East to the eastern corner of the inner garden wall of Luzhou Laojiao Distillery; south to the corners of the walls of workshop groups three and four of Luzhou Laojiao Distillery; west to the distillery wall below Longquan Bridge; north to Sanxing Street in Luzhou City.

(2) Dingji Workshop Protected Area and Construction Control Zone: Bounded by surrounding walls, east to the residential building at No. 77 Daci Road, south to the residential building at No. 8 Lianhua Pool, west to Platinum Residence, north adjacent to the residential building at No. 59 Zaojiao Lane.

(3) Xiaoshi Area Pit Groups and Brewing Workshops (including: Xietaixiang, Yuhouxiang, Yongshengxiang Workshops; Shengfarong Workshop; Hongshengxiang, Fushengrong Workshops; Chunfengyuan Workshop; Zuweng Cave and Chunyang Cave) Protected Area and Construction Control Zone:

Xietaixiang, Yuhouxiang, Yongshengxiang Workshops: East to the staff dormitories of Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd., south to the residential building at No. 10 Sujia Lane, west to the staff dormitories of Luzhou Laojiao Co., Ltd., north to Luzhou-Gao Expressway.

Shengfarong Workshop: East to Xiuzi Head Residential Community at No. 12 Shizi Tou, south to Luzhou-Gao Expressway, west to the residential building at No. 32 Shizi Tou, north to the foot of Ma’anshan Mountain.

Hongshengxiang, Fushengrong Workshops: East to the residential building at No. 28 Laodong Street, adjacent to Baozhen Temple, west to the residential building at No. 6 Guojianglou, adjacent to the residential building at No. 23 Shizi Tou.

Chunfengyuan Workshop: East to the residential building at No. 38 Xiastreet, south to Luzhou-Gao Expressway, west to the residential building at No. 50 Xiastreet, north to the foot of Ma’anshan Mountain.

Zuweng Cave: The protected area spans 3,300 square meters, with a total of 29 branching caves inside, stretching over 8 kilometers in length. The main entrance is bounded by the residential building at No. 10 Xinjiezi to the east, Luzhou-Gao Expressway to the south, and the residential building at No. 70 Bijiji to the west; the side entrance is bounded by the residential building at No. 38 Xinjiezi to the east, Luzhou-Gao Expressway to the south, and the residential building at No. 50 Xinjiezi to the west. Large-scale demolition or redevelopment on the cave’s roof and deforestation are prohibited.

Chunyang Cave: The protected area spans 2,800 square meters, with a total of 18 branching caves inside, spanning over 4 kilometers in length. The cave entrance is bounded by the mountain massif of Sanhuashan to the east, the Yangtze River to the south, and the mountain massif of Sanhuashan to the west. Large-scale demolition or redevelopment on the cave’s roof and deforestation are prohibited.
