Protected area: northeast 3 meters to Zhongcheng Park, southwest front section 17 meters to the library wall, rear section 20 meters to the telecommunications bureau, southeast 74 meters to the Film and Television Center Building, northwest 57 meters to the library dormitory.

On October 30, 2001, it was announced as part of the sixth batch of municipal-level cultural relic protection units in Luzhou City (Luzhou Municipal Government Notice [2001] No. 155).
