The Qiaotou Wang Family Residence is located in Qiaotou Village, Xiadian Town, Xiangyuan County. This residence was the former home of Wang Jinyun, a patriotic figure during the Republic of China era and a technical official at the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce. Built in the eighth year of the Republic of China (1919), it faces south and measures 21.6 meters from east to west and 44.9 meters from north to south, covering an area of 969.8 square meters. The existing structures are remnants from the Republican period, featuring a two-courtyard layout. The central axis consists of the southern wing room, the passageway hall, and the main house, flanked by east and west side rooms and east and west wing rooms. The main house has a brick foundation and earthen adobe cave dwellings, totaling four arched bays with arched windows and doors, and features carved brick imitation wooden brackets on the front eaves. The east and west wing rooms are two-story shed-style buildings with an earthen adobe structure, spanning three bays in width and four rafters in depth, with a five-rafter frame and a single-eave flush gable roof. The shed-style construction is a local vernacular building technique. The ground floor serves as living and daily activity space with higher ceilings, while the upper floor functions as insulation, heat protection, and storage. The passageway hall spans five bays in width and four rafters in depth, with a five-rafter front-and-rear corridor frame, a brick-and-wood structure, and a single-eave flush gable roof. A gate is located at the southeast corner. This residence provides physical material for the study of local residential architecture.

Qiaotou Village: Qiaotou Village is situated in the southern part of Xiadian Town, with the Zhangjie Line passing through it, offering a superior location and convenient transportation. It has 1,400 mu of arable land and 5,900 mu of mountainous area.

Population Status: The village has 5 natural hamlets and 6 villager groups, comprising 309 households and a total population of 1,230 people.
