The Cliff Carvings at Sha'an Temple is a cultural tourism attraction.

The cliff carvings at Sha'an Temple are located on the southern cliff of Sha'an Mountain, north of Wubei Village, Xiyingshi Town, Xiangyuan County. They face south and measure 8.5 meters in length from east to west and 4.5 meters in height, covering an area of approximately 38.25 square meters. Based on the carving techniques and drapery styles, these carvings can be identified as relics from the Northern Wei Dynasty. There are six niches distributed from west to east, with one niche on the western wall well-preserved, featuring a rectangular flame pattern. The niche is 0.78 meters high and 0.80 meters wide, housing a Buddha and two bodhisattvas. The Buddha statue is 0.52 meters tall, with a pedestal 0.28 meters wide and 0.20 meters high. The bodhisattvas are 0.32 meters tall. The main figure is seated in a double-lotus position on a Sumeru pedestal, wearing a monastic undershirt inside and a full-length kasaya robe outside. The lower hem of the kasaya drapes over the left hand, and the hands form the teaching mudra. The two attendant bodhisattvas stand with their hands clasped in prayer atop inverted lotus pedestals. Most of the other carvings are indistinct. Sha'an Temple has been destroyed, with only some of its foundations remaining.

Wubei Village: Wubei Village in Xiyingshi Town is located 32 kilometers northeast of Xiangyuan County and about 5 kilometers from the town government. It is situated in a hilly area. The village administers five villager groups and two natural villages, with 11 officials. The permanent resident households total 123, and the registered population is 435, including 413 agricultural residents—211 male and 202 female.

The main road in the village is a cement road about 3 kilometers long.
