Bayi Mountain Martyrs' Cemetery is a cultural relic protection unit of Xiangyuan County.

Bayi Mountain Martyrs' Cemetery is located on Bayi Mountain in Xiying Village, Xiying Town, Xiangyuan County. In April 1942, to commemorate five martyrs who bravely sacrificed their lives during the early stages of the War of Resistance Against Japan—including Xu Guohua, the anti-Japanese county magistrate, and Chen Peili, the anti-Japanese district head—Xiangyuan County built a martyrs' cemetery on the original site of the Dragon King Temple and renamed Dragon King Mountain as Bayi Mountain. The cemetery faces south and measures 54 meters from north to south and 15 meters from east to west, covering an area of 810 square meters. It is divided into southern and northern sections: the southern part houses the martyrs’ monument pavilion, while the northern part contains the martyrs’ tombs. The southern section features an octagonal stone pool, in the center of which stands a wooden, octagonal pyramid-roofed monument pavilion. Inside the pavilion is a square-shaped martyrs’ monument made of bluestone, standing 1.6 meters tall and 0.53 meters wide. The inscription, written in semi-cursive script across 11 lines with 40 characters per line, describes the process of erecting the monument. The inscription is signed by Wang Lianghong of the Provisional Consultative Council of the Shanxi-Hebei-Shandong-Henan Border Region, and Lian Cihua and Lian Rubin, instructors at the No. 1 High School of Xiangyuan County. There are ten martyrs’ tombs and two tombstones. It was designated as a county-level cultural relic protection unit in 1981.
