Sweet Dew Temple is a cultural tourism attraction.

Sweet Dew Temple, also known as Ganze King Temple, is located in Taoshu Village, Guhang Town. It faces south with a north orientation, stretching 21.5 meters from east to west and 8.65 meters from north to south, covering an area of approximately 186 square meters. The year of its establishment is unknown, but the existing structures date back to the Qing Dynasty. The current site includes the main hall, flanked by east and west side halls. The main hall is three bays wide and six rafters deep, with a single-eave hanging hip roof. Its beam frame features seven purlins and a front porch, while the bracket sets atop the columns are five-piece with double downward angling arms. Inside the temple is a stele inscribed with the record of the 1798 renovation (the third year of the Jiaqing reign in the Qing Dynasty) dedicated to the Goddess Bixia Yuanjun.

The main deity worshipped at Ganze King Temple is the Sweet Dew Bodhisattva. Legend has it that the Sweet Dew Bodhisattva is the spiritual guardian of Mount Gong, who sends forth billowing white clouds. At midnight, these clouds nourish plants and grass, while the pure dew it sprinkles enriches all grains and fosters their growth. Alongside the deities of wind, rain, and thunder, the Sweet Dew Bodhisattva carries out the heavenly mandate to bestow blessings upon the people. In recognition of the bodhisattva’s profound spiritual power—especially its role in relieving suffering, aiding the distressed, and vanquishing evil to protect the good—a temple was erected in its honor.

Taoshu Village: Taoshu Village is located five kilometers northwest of Guhang Town, Xiangyuan County. It consists of five natural villages: Taoshu Village, Xiangbeili, Xingfuzhuang, Yangyagou, and Nanzhuang. The village has a total of 324 households, with a population of 1,239. The total arable land area is 2,695.15 mu. In 2009, the village’s total economic income was 65.51 million yuan, with a per capita income of 8,661 yuan.
