Commonly known as Gospel Church, it is a provincial-level cultural heritage site located on Yangtianjing Street in Langzhong City. Covering an area of over 1,500 square meters, it can accommodate more than 2,000 worshippers and features a cross-shaped spire at its top. It has been hailed by domestic experts as a rare example of Gothic architecture. Having withstood over a century of weathering, the main structure of the church, including its reinforced sections, remains well-preserved. This building was spearheaded by Reverend Gaisford, known as one of Britain’s "Cambridge Seven," during his missionary work in Langzhong. In 1925, Reverend Gaisford and his wife passed away in Langzhong and were buried in the garden of the cathedral, which has since become an important window into the city’s religious culture.
