The Former Site of the General Political Department of the Red Fourth Front Army in Langzhong is a cultural relic protection unit of Sichuan Province.

Located at the Qin Family Mansion, No. 67 South Street in the ancient city of Langzhong, it served as the headquarters of the General Political Department of the Red Fourth Front Army. After Xu Xiangqian entered Langzhong, he stayed in this compound. The Qin Family Mansion was built in the early Qing Dynasty and is a three-courtyard, quadrangle-style residence with over 30 rooms connected in a row. After the General Political Department of the Red Fourth Front Army moved into the mansion, its Propaganda Department and logistics organs also relocated to the county town. Today, the Qin Family Mansion has become the most grand and well-preserved red tourism site in Langzhong.

Protected area: east to South Street, south to Bizheng Street, west and north bounded by the surrounding walls.
