Wansheng Tourism Culture Street

The Wansheng Tourism Culture Street project is situated on the west bank of Xiaozhi River, opposite the Xiaozhi River Riverside Garden residential community. The project occupies a total area of around 46.29 acres, stretching approximately 565 meters from north to south. With a planned total investment of 92 million yuan, it is designed to be a multifunctional complex that combines leisure, entertainment, dining, shopping, and residential spaces, serving as a new scenic highlight in downtown Wansheng.

The construction of Wansheng Tourism Culture Street is one of the "Ten Major Projects" in Wansheng District’s urban development initiative. The project was scheduled for completion by the end of June 2009, with Chongqing Guosheng Tourism Development Co., Ltd. as the project owner. At present, the supporting vehicular bridge and the main structure of the commercial pedestrian street have been largely completed.
