Tianlai Valley Resort

Tianlai Valley Resort is located in the valley area from Houcao to Hongziba in Nanzhai Village, Heishan Town, Wansheng District. It sits at the central point of the tourist loop road between the North and South Gates of the national AAAA-level scenic spot, Heishan Valley. The resort is 20 km from Wansheng District and 93 km from Chongqing city center. The project owner is Chongqing Oufeng Investment Co., Ltd., with a

total

investment of 330 million yuan. It is designed as a comprehensive tourism destination integrating ecological sightseeing, leisure vacation, conference reception, business tourism, and health & sports. The planned area covers 734 hectares, with a total construction area of approximately 60,000 square meters.

Current progress: Feasibility studies, planning, design, geological hazard assessments, hydrological studies, environmental impact assessments, and forestland permits have been completed. Major components include four themed zones: “Flower Intoxication in the Wild,” “Oufeng Chinese Elegance,” “Mist-Shrouded Retreat,” and “Peach Garden Retreat.” The “Flower Intoxication in the Wild” zone includes the entrance, reception center, SPA, hotel, parking lot, roads, and other key infrastructure for a high-altitude conference and leisure resort, along with supporting landscapes, roads, squares, parking, water supply and drainage, electricity, and other basic facilities. The “Oufeng Chinese Elegance” zone features a quaint town, reception facilities, sports amenities, and infrastructure. The “Mist-Shrouded Retreat” zone includes manors, clubs, and other reception and infrastructural elements. The “Peach Garden Retreat” zone consists of a base for medicinal herbs, breeding and farming, as well as agricultural product processing and marketing.
